STNA

Category: Full-Time and Part-Time

Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the nurse in charge, the State Tested Nursing Assistant performs basic nursing duties to provide for the comfort, safety, and hygiene needs of residents. The State Tested Nursing Assistant assists residents in maintaining and possibly increasing their level of independence whenever possible.

Requirements State Tested Nursing Assistant by State of Ohio or eligible for reciprocity. Must be willing to complete the Certified Dementia Practitioner course. Qualified candidates must possess a genuine heart for the aging population and an appreciate of a faith based environment.

Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

Category: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

Position Summary Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse is accountable for the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in collaboration with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary health care team. Delivery of quality nursing care is assured through utilization of the nursing process. Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse serves as a positive clinical role model for staff as well as a resource person and supports the philosophy, mission, and core values of St. Leonard.

Requirements Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio. Long-term care experience preferred. Qualified candidates must be committed to our wellness philosophy and Franciscan values and possess an engaging personality.

Dining Attendant

Category: Part-Time

Position Summary The Dining Attendant provides table service to residents, guest, and staff.

Station House Server

Category: Full-Time

Position Summary The Server provides table service to residents, guests, and staff in the Station House Restaurant. This position is part time with no late hour requirements.

Station House Cook

Category: Full-Time & Part-Time

Position Summary The Cook prepares and processes food at the Station House restaurant for the residents, staff and guests in compliance with all regulations.

Resident Assistant

Category: Part-Time

Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the nurse in charge, the Resident Assistant (RA) performs the basic nursing duties to provide for the comfort, safety and hygiene needs of Assisted Living residents. The RA assists AL residents in maintaining and possibly increasing their level of independence whenever possible.

Wellness Assistant – Memory Care

Category: PRN

Position Summary Wellness Assistant provides individual and group activities appropriate to the needs and interests of each resident to promote well-being and quality of life.

Weekend Receptionist

Category: Part-Time

Position Summary The Receptionist greets everyone who enters the Health and Rehabilitation Center, answers incoming calls, completes walking tours for prospective residents and family members, sorts mail for distribution, and assists other departments with paperwork as time allows.

Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Qualified candidates must be committed to our wellness philosophy and Franciscan values and possess an engaging personality.

Human Resource Manager

Category: Full-Time

Position Summary
The Human Resource Manager serves as a counselor, advisor, and coach to management on all human resources practices, including corrective actions, employee evaluations, and all involuntary separations of employment, while providing oversight and audit functions for proper administration of payroll processing and preparing human resources trend analysis reports for strategic planning purposes. Additionally, the Human Resource Manager administers and tracks benefits and employee relations programs, tracks employee injuries, responds to workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, completes onboarding process for all new hires, and maintains employment postings as required by federal and state regulations.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business- or Human Resources-related field required.
Experience: Previous Human Resources or health care experience preferred. ADP Experience is preferred.
